Any guesses who is gonna win. If Asia is an oiler it would seem hard to beat him given the oil market. Otherwise tech is actually holding steady so perhaps one of the demo techs might win. All these large C/I have well played countries but I dont' really see them competing given military prices are so low.

I'm surprised food is still basically at $39, a week ago it looked like it was already starting to climb. So bad set to be a farmer perhaps, and that is also gonna hurt techers if food doesn't peak much. So maybe my casher will have a chance in the end:P

Speaking to Asia he is a relatively new player who isnt 100% sure of how to stock and destock. he must also have quite high expenses compared to what he needs to have. needing to retal him theres defo lots of turrets and jets in that country.

he is also using alot of that resource hitting other countries such as myself.

The two commies id be watching are the two fattest. abd knowing some of the owners i dont think they need high miltary prices to pull something special. remember 35% at anytime and with the turn generation its a real advantage to be able to make 2-3 sells a day
i think last set they were both fatter quicker. and like you feel this set wont give a commie anything above 100m

farmers have been a bit weak like you say bushels are still cheap. but i think with the set length and as the commies start to stock there will be a peak.

techer wont be so strong due to weak tech prices early havent paid above $2500 indy all set and havent seen any other prices v high either. But they have found a solid level at around $2000 and all the theos in the top50 dont seen hugely large or are all-x cashier. Furthur hurting them.
or furthur down the scores where its harder to defend your land theres none that stick out.

Isn't every set in primary the set of the casher? And tech prices always suck. I've been stocking for a week as a techer and managed to get 30 mil bushels (given that I do generally suck in this game).

just as a reference for comparing CI's from this set to last set: i broke 60k acres on 4/1 last set (however, i didn't know about GDI last set so i fail), the guy who actually won last set (afaik) broke 46k acres on 4/1 .

this set i messed up my country and already gave up, but it's already 5 days past the first and the fattest commie is only 37k acres. military prices are also absolutely terrible. so yea, if a non-CI can play their country correctly good chance they'll take the win

ETplayer, I agree tech prices always seem to start off weak. but on the other hand they seem to stay relatively strong all set perhaps because many people join primary midset I'm not really sure.

Tech prices are even worse. Last set they were at least 2400-2500.

Tech in primary is and will always be in the fluffter.

Seems like you need to be 15k+ acres in primary to make techer worth while. Though, having to buy up 200-300k turrets everyday probably isn't helping me stock. :-|

Yeah, crappy set for Indy. Prices are low, and oil prices are crazy. Makes it tougher to grab as much and slower to grow.
