There was someone last set trying to enforce a 72 hour retal policy.. didn't end well :)

I am shooting for a one week policy and I am more than willing to dump my set on some fool who RoR's.

PS: Watch out Top 20, there are some topfeeders making their rounds now.

I usually think about 1 week. Last set a lot of people were saying 72 hours.

I enforce a set long retal policy. If you hit me at any point in the set I will retal on my time frame. Just wondering how some others feel about it.

It is how it works, theres no retal policy in Primary. You can retal anyone at any point of time because of GDI.

I retal when IM ready, i always carry enough firepower to keep people from RoRing me :-)

I retal pre-emptively, with no time limit for how far in advance of your attack I am allowed to retal.

That's the thing, if you hit a farmer or something you gotta recognize they grow at a later stage of the game and it's not really fair to expect them to hit you back within an arbitrarily limited timeframe.

I retal when I want in a set. If someone has a problem with that they better cripple me right away.. cuz if they just RoR I'll unload everything and the kitchen sink. So really it's a risk to try to enforce a 'retal' policy

I think now as I have aged in this game and played various strats throughtout the sets. I would go along the lines of

Up to 14 day windows means lets go to war regardless of strat

Up to 10 if your a farmer I would accept this due to my lack of foresight or yours if you hit me

Up to 7 day retal window is acceptable on all accounts and all strats and should be to all parties

3 is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and means again you RoR me afer 72hrs we go to war. If you retal me in under that then bad on me.
