Humanitarians protest if a country attempts to attack another country which is 4 times bigger or smaller than it.

I am attempting to attack a 2M net country. There are no countries on the server that are 4x2M.

If you click on "details" on the portal screen you can see the rules for each set. The first line above is a copy/paste from the Primary "details." It is not true. I am definitely NOT 4x the country's NW, more like 3.2x, and my humanitarians won't allow me to even spy him for a grab.

I've been having that quandary myself. Maybe its GDI related.

New GDI rules have nothing to do with relative size, GDI only affects special attacks and harmful spy ops.

I'll take it you are certain his NW hasn't changed for the lower from wherever you are reading his NW from (eg eestats).

I searched him ingame and saw the same number, tried again after ten minutes, same thing.

Yeah, 4x works every time. I bottom feed on that line all set long. Must have changed nw or you made an error somehow. Or maybe someone has a super secret cheat code.... (Not likely). :-P
