What do you do when you find a target with $1billion, 500k oil barrels and 4.5million bushels?

Steal it all? ;)

you can't steal it all, you need to have alot same things you are trying to steal (or destroy (cd troops, bomb air bases, etc)) and even then you get only small portion of things you are trying to steal.

Obviously not all if it, I was getting 100k - 80k bushels each op, that's like $6+ million worth if buying it from the market. I attacked him once and got around $50 million. Can't complain, need to move on I guess :P
