...do earthquakes happen soooooo much during the last few days? Seriously, you don't see them all set, then the last few days you get slaughtered by them over and over and over. It's the ultimate suicider... EQ's.

yup, i always get screwed by earthquakes near the end.. can lose 1k buildings from it lol

Yes earthquake does come more often towards end of set

each earthquake during the last 3-8 days is costing about 2m nw in your finish, not counting the 3 mins you need to calculate if rebuilding those land is worth it.

I have noticed that the more turns you run for infrastructure development, or country advancement, you get an increase in the frequency of earthquakes. A few attacks here and there keep them down it seems.

I guess on top of that, ure having man made earthquakes this set

I suspect it has at least something to do with late set quakes being more memorable.

Nobody remembers the earthquake that happened on day 8 and destroyed a measly 57 acres. Might not even notice it if it happens during a batch explore.

Lose hundreds or thousands on day 49 though... You won't forget that.

i just rebuilt after batchexplore and then got eq which destroyed over 200 buildings. not that nice.
