Sounds similar to what I send some of my targets after hitting them. Basically saying 1) I don't plan to hit you again if you let it go and 2) Good luck the rest of the round.

More or less, you got it. As opposed to hitting multiple times because they were land fat, or farming for a few days because the returns were good. It is like a notice saying the single attack was a standard land grab (which is basically necessary to win this game), and not an attempt to start a war. However, if retaliation is done, may void the above statement about not getting hit again.

I missed the first few days on the set and lost abunch of turns, so I decided to run lazy all x. I was basically a landfarm and had no intentions of retaling anyone just exploring all my turns ignoring all the attacks to include double and triple taps. I just got that very same message and I have now decided to go out of my way to retal him at all costs in hopes that he will ror me so I can end his netting set at a later date.

Soo what I am getting from this is.. You would rather be hit by a country who doesn't send his intentions not to attack again unless provoked.. You prefer getting hit and continuing to wonder if they will hit you again even if you let it go?
