Does attacking with empty lands, ex. 1k acres, will that effect land grab returns?

if you attack targets with empty lands you capture fewer buildings.

If you have empty land 1k for example when landgrabbing, does it effect your returns ( building to land ratio), then if your lands are full?

You can even do this math yourself before posting it Marshal. That way you don't spread false info.
