Do the jets autmotically come back when the PS time is up or does the other person have to log in first for them to be considered stationary?

I.e. The other person PS'd 20.1 hours ago, but hasn't logged in yet. Shouldn't their jets be considered stationary now?

jets and other offensive military come back when time is up, not when time is up and player logs in.

Hmm, that is odd because I was doing Bomb airbases and it was saying destroyed 0 jets each time even though the PS time was up.

did you have jets and available too?

jets returning time isn't exact so could be that those jets were still resting.

Do i have to have jets at home as well?

The effectiveness of all harmful spyops is only limited to roughly 3 times the extent of that which if the same operation is done on you.

So yes, you need jets at home. And a lot of it.
