They don't get multiplied. Your normal production boom can't happen during a bonus boom, since the chance to get the boom is essentially already set at 100% for your next 2 turns (it's on the same booms system, so your bonus booms ARE normal booms guaranteed to happen).

So if bonus booms = 1, normal booms = 0?

Ya that's how it works. A negative impact is just a special event (just like booms are), you can only have 1 special event in 1 turn.

Not really Marshal. A positive boom gives you 3 times your usual income (equal to +2 turns worth). A negative boom halves your income (equal to -0.5 turns worth).

It takes 4 negative booms to negate the effects of 1 positive boom.

Well, 351121/1051865 = 33.3%

So a negative boom is -66.7% of a turn.

That means +2/-0.667 = -3.

That means it takes 3 negative booms to negate the effects of 1 positive boom then!

I have never experienced double events on booms yet. But I have produced 2 missles in 1 turn before.
