could someone explain marketplace.the marketplace is empty of something.i see the asking price.i post at below or above price.it goes through 5 hr processing and while its processing i see someone asking for a higher price than ive listed but my items arent immediately sold? its a bit confusing to wait 4 hrs 59 minutes then someone low balls u by $1 per because i guess they can.

Your goods can't sell until they hit the market.

Once your items hit the market if the order is still there for your price or higher then they'll sell at the price you listed.

As for why the delay IDK - maybe because players would spend all their time wizzing stuff on and off the market if goods went on immediately. It means you have to try and anticipate the price you can sell them for, also bearing in mind how urgently you need the cash etc, do you sell low for a quick sale or sell high for a bigger proffit but risk them not sellings.

Also, you can get immediate cash for your goods, except oil, under 'purchases'. click on, 'sell military' . You can also sell spies there , if you need the cash that bad. No comment on the morality of betraying your spies. :)

Another reason to sell your military under purchases is to relieve the expenses you have to put out per turn.

Sell prices on the pm are terrible though. You're better off showing patience and placing your goods on the public market =P
