Am I correct to think with the standing order thing people who try to transfer military from 1 country to another can no longer do this?

Example selling $100 tanks and then buying them with the other country.
I am guessing the standing order thing makes this no longer possible? ;S

you would have to be online, and have the most expencive standing order when the goods hit the market. But its still do-able, its slightly easier in my opion

if 2 or more countries have same standing order then its splitted between countries and even if some1 has order of 100 bucks tanks and other has 110 bucks tanks latter gets 100 bucks tanks too.

So if there were 50 people with standing orders and someone put 100 troops up for sale. Everyone would get 2 troops? That doesnt make sense

dunno exactly (and not that interested to know) how standing order works but from my experience when I played FFA all 16 of my countries had same standing order (and timeframe between 1st and last country could been hour) and all got portion of tech-batch which became on sale.

mmm nope, it's done sequentially, first come first served, but each time you buy goods your order gets put to the back of the line.

so each gets part of goods they request.

To clarify that a little more qz, isn't like if i had the first order in for 100,000 units and only 75,000 came on, i would get them all.
If the incoming volume was 150,000. i get mine and the leftovers go to the next order?

Correct. In case one you would get all 75,000 and your order would be put to the back of the queue with 25,000 left. In case two you would buy 100,000, your order would be canceled and 50,000 units would be left on the market/would be bought by the next standing order.

Tried to transfer tech from one country to another. Put tech up at $101/point and had THE ONLY standing order on the market for $300. Well the tech sold, but not to my standing order. It seems to have just disappeared. In fact, in the market news, it simply said, You sold XXX points of XXX for $XXX. It didn't say, No more XXX remain on the market, as it usually does.

Why didn't this work like it was supposed to? where did the tech go? Its not even showing up in the market news. Is this some fail safe against market buyouts?

prolly too low price, if goods are on sale with too low price those get auto bought or just disappear.

would be nice if that information was included SOMEWHERE in the game.
