they just seem arbitrary and perhaps counter productive
generally speaking, using a turn to put a few hundred mil units on the market would probably be wasteful, but if you were mostly putting bushels on the market, why not a few hundred tanks or barrels of oil as well?
this could add more small lots at more price points to the market, which i thnk might make "price discovery" more "efficient" and the markets marginally less easily manipulated
it might also marginally change the early market and some openings by letting the first mil unit sales go off earlier
but i can't figure what the minimums are adding to the game and was curious if i was missing something or if anyone knew ofany historical accidents that created them
