Does this sell your bushels after each turn in say a batch build? Or only when all the turns have been run?

So if I'm doing a farm start, am I eating the decay when I build 20CS at once?

It sells whenever doing so is possible for the player and wouldn't change the outcome. So it would sell every turn for the 20 cs example because a player could do that. It sells at the end for operations that take multiple turns (attacks for most governments, market recall, sending an FA package) and for mass exploring because splitting up an explore could change the results.
