What's the best way to tell how many exact turns a player has?

can't get exact but you can calc estimated by checking when player got 20 bonus acres and then assuming that all turns were spent and then calc how many turns player has got since last login and current time.

when you get a spy op check their nw to that nw change on a site like earthgraphs and or eestats then calc how many turns have passed since.
