I don't think the CF with ICD was broken. The other one where mercs begged off of the asskicking they were getting from ares just to save their missles for a FS on panlv is a more interesting case.

Rats, i'm pretty sure you are the only one who has threatened the whole server. NBK, Ares and panlv for that matter will happily pact a lot of other clans and generally try to avoid wars.

It depends on the context of the situation. If an established clan with a history of being reasonable in FA had done something like that we certainly would have contacted them. Given the amount of leeway and efforts we went to contacting llaar over things in the past it seems like he could have done the same. He decided he was bored and wanted to have some fun instead.

He waited 3 weeks to make any hits and didn't contact us at all. He also retalled the original hit (yes it was only one hit) for 400% a return on his land, so any leader looking at it would have seen the original retal and moved on.
