What's a good number of tanks to have in a tournament game? Maybe a better way to ask it is what ratio of troops, turrets, and tanks should I have for defense?

I still can't see the benefit of luck being better than putting the bonuses into a stat that directly effects your playstyle.

I could also use a lazy clan :)
