If we assume that beq (whatever that is) is in the usa, and all players in this game are American then .0000033% of the populace plays the game.. now let's do 800 occupants * .0000033% = .00264 people in your building play.
Granted, some of the assumptions aren't exactly true, but you get the point. If you happen to live among 800 and one of them plays earth without you having some knowledge about it, I'd be amazed.
I think you're safe :p

One year ago today, alliance server went live and we all were saved from the imminent doom jolt/omac cast upon us by killing our baby, Earth 2025.
Today, we can all be happy that a community which some of us were a part of as long as 15 years ago continues on today thanks to the dedication of QZ-Jul, Pang, Slagpit, and all the Wiki, forum and ingame mods.
In the last year we've finally got to experience this game under proper management and with a large amount of innovation, of which, many were player based suggestions.
And while express did go live two days prior, and beta happened even before that, I value Alliance as the true breadwinner and community staple.
So to everyone that's played a country, contributed an idea, recruited someone new, and especially pang, qz and slag, thanks for extending the longevity of the game we all are hooked on and can't walk away from.
Happy one year anniversary!

Guess that says something about you if your former alliance was pushed out of existence by a mediocre alliance. Hey, you know another thing that'll eat you up.
You're all talk SMz, all talk. No one respects you. People respect those around you like Martian, Murf, Ivan, Aponic... but you? Please. You're the short kid who stands behind his big friends shouting threats. Grow a pair why don't you.

Yeahhh thats pretty gay. Arma was allied to one of our top techers all set.
SOL contacted me about it to, but it was decided that there was no foul play.. at least on the Collab side.. and that's all I can really comment on for sure ;p

"No such action has been taken by netting alliances to curb ritualistic farming of untags."
Technically we did try to do that last set by dropping pacts with 90% of the server. We hoped casual grabbing between alliances could be done without hostilities getting too out of control. Instead, even RAGE threatened to war us, even though we had very very few grabs going back and forth in comparison to other alliances. Granted, things settled down once you came back from vacation, but there were quite a few people lamenting that RAGE would FS us over some LGs.
You don't want netters to grab untaggeds, but they most certainly shouldn't grab alliances either in your opinion.
If LCN had done this to you guys, you can damn bet I'd be saying the same ish to them and even more cause they're larger. Partially because of the same issues you FSing them this late has but also partially because I know you've been putting a lot of time into bringing RAGE back up from the shambles it was in a year ago. Simple differentiating fact is that you decided to make it your course to hit them instead, outlining what's probably gonna take quite a lot of presence and commitment on your part in an upcoming holiday set to keep RAGE what it has grown to be again.
Then again, deep down I think we're all looking for that one shattering event that will push us into quitting the game, maybe this is yours ;p

Actually Thomas yeah we did, and I came out and admitted it happened once I found out it did.
We did however apologize to Evo (one of their members was the one that finished 11th) and the community for it though cause I felt bad that that happened under my presidency. I would have forced him to drop out of the top 10 if I had known about it prior to the end of the set.
For the record, he wasnt even the highest ranked of our countries either heh.

And If you want to claim that this will lead to a grudge war? Remember the last set of Earth? The whole everyone broke pacts ad Hit everyone? I don't believe that complicated the first set of EE.
-Its just a game guys. Some people just play it differently.
Technically, that did carry on for three more sets. Someone obviously didn't pay attention. And if you want, you can probably even extend it into a fourth set in a minor way.

While I'd like to agree to your theory, Dragonlance, common sense tells me thats not the way it goes.
Problem 1 arises from the fact that it takes both alliances to say "hey we're gonna squash it after this set," and so far, only RAGE has said anything about that.
Problem 2 stems from the action itself being one of which starts grudge wars. You waited until the final week of the set to hit an alliance that otherwise would have peacefully netted it out with some good finishes. That leaves a bitter taste in their members mouths and they'll want to kill you next set for it.
Problem 3 is that every alliance since I've come back (only a year ago) to hit an alliance in the last week of their net set, go spanked incredibly hard the next set.
Based on that, I'd recommend ya knock on wood, throw some salt over your shoulder and bring your A-game next set or you might watch what you've been patiently building up and stabilizing the last three sets go down in a blaze.
Then again, I could be wrong and LCN could roll over for you guys. Personally, I'd put that hope in the same realm of possibilities as me bagging Daum triplets.. in the same night.

I know Kemo has begin seeking out pacts for us. However if anyone is interested that has not been in contact with Kemo, feel free to message myself or Thomas.
My contact is in my signature and Thomas should be along one of these days to post the same :)
Toodles~

PS Collab and LCN hate each other. Please no one misunderstand that. The only thing that keeps us from FSing one another is that the server would quite possibly implode from all the hatred strewn about.

Only reason SancT came back strong for awhile was i had personally saved two members lists, one from early 2005 and one from late 2006.
You can gain members back for awhile cause they're like "oh yeah that game!!!" - Give it 6 months and they'll remember why they quit.. that seems to be a lot of the reason we're seeing a downturn in membership.
Don't mean to be glum or anything, but its true heh.. at least of us.

All things considered, FIST was the only start-up of EE.. Granted the name is old, but they were the only alliance to start up in the EE era that did not result in the death of a past alliance/name (i.e. EEVIL was a start up, but resulted in the death of Regen, RD is a start up, but spawned off the death of EEVIL; and thus a net of 0 new alliances).
Kind of sucks that the one alliance which did start up on its own without killing off an alliance it spawned off of (no pun intended) is going to be saying goodbye.
Hope you guys end up sticking around, or at least become a traveling division or something~ Regardless of anyone's opinions about FIST, the game in general loses out on this one; losing users in total; and some pretty skilled ones at that.
So uh FIST, stick around. At least do a ninja vanish and randomly AB the eff out of people you don't like next set. That'd be fun to watch .. so long as its not us ;)

Aponic - Only offer of the sort I saw was on AT, and it wasn't well thought out at all. All things considered you'd be taking a war battered SOL, add in a killed NA and have us. In turn, LAF would counteract NA, then you'd add in Imag, who was fully warprepped at our size, then SOF, who is still in its prime after the short-lived NA war.
There would be an abundance of breaking power on the SOF/Imag front in comparison to just Collab breaking on our side. 90 breakrs vs 30... thats the big offer? I mean, I think we're a pretty capable group at warring, but I think you might be giving us a bit too much credit there ;p

It'd be nice to have you in Collab for a set or two Foog. You're always rather thought out and I have a feeling Collab would benefit from your presence. Hopefully you would as well, playing in a different setting where we're equally happy netting or warring and try hard at both.
Bahaha technically I don't think that was an actual SancT member that hit RD, just someone passing through. But yeah.. Hope we get jackets for being in that group!

TAN - You also could have seen a completely different situation in the fact that we focused 90% of our effort at killing off Imag. If that were PDM instead, could have shifted the activity/togetherness of Imag.
And on the BR thing, you guys were only able to take advantage of it because you had been stocking so long while our stocks were depleted, so many countries had to sell off military, making it easier to be BRed.
Once you have a hardcore straight-on "war set" I think you're love of jets will be lowered ;p

Maki - it's more that I know our guys get burned out easily, as almost none have started playing more recently than 6-7 years ago. If we're trying to have a net set, I don't bug them to play as much if they really dont want to be bothered by it. Gives me more leverage in war sets when we need more members; we can think of it more as giving them a vacation from their duties :)
And if it so happens that we get FSed during a net set such as when SOL hit us, it just riles everyone up that much more to come back and defend our home. It works in plenty of ways :P

And unless a person is too incompetent to understand the point just because of that misspelling, it shouldn't matter. :)
I assume you understand the point though since you posted. Either that or you were severely confused to the point where you had to dictionary.com "awarness" to find the correct word and then make a dumb post about spelling it correctly. *shrugs* I'll assume the former because I have faith in humanity, yourself included, llaar ;p

Thomas, typically you only need to quote a post when:
a) You're replying to something specific and your reply won't make sense without the added context.
and
b) You're referencing a post from much earlier in the thread (as opposed to the one immediately before your own).
If all you're going to do is make a generic response to the post immediately before yours, we really don't need you to quote the most recent thing we read.
-Fooglmog
Guy with no clue.
Just to stick up for my fellow Collab leaders, I find it's sometimes necessary to quote a message even if it is the preceding post, because there is always the chance that someone else will post in between and then true meaning can be completely lost. This even applies to responses such as Thomas'. A simple "lolz" can be misconstrued if it's not clear as to which post it is a response to...
You failed at the trend or you would have quoted me dumbass.
