Mr Charcoal, I would say it depends on the offense for which one is considering holding a grudge. Speaking of which, I'm trying to remember whether there are any grudges I'm supposed to be holding onto from 12 years ago. If anyone could kindly help with that, I'd be so thankful. As it is, I think I'm ok with everyone so far lol.

Theoretically if someone were having pain when moving their head a certain way, it would probably be a good idea for them to not move their head that way, BUT I wouldn't make that kind of recommendation for you specifically, because that would be "medical advice" and I can't legally provide anyone who's not my "patient" (by legal definition) with "medical advice."
