General elaboration on units?
EMP missile? Disables missiles, lowers spy/military readiness- small # buildings destroyed?
Troops/special forces (expensive, less losses incurred, bigger bonus from medical and milityary strategy)- tanks/light armored vehicles (less oil/upkeep, less durable- greater effecty vs troops?)- turrets/bunkers(ground defense vs tanks/ troops), jets/bombers (more expensive, greater attack strength- more oil required- more vulnerable to turrets?)
Just ideas.. definitely an EMP missile and maybe a hydrogen bomb (*10 more damage than nuke, production not affected by warfare, 0.5% chance flat base production?)
