if buying new I'd find one that might be helpful for years down the road, especially if making a payment for 84 months.

as such I'd recommend a hatch since inside they can be used like SUV"s they're just cheaper on gas.


Matrix, Mazda3, Dodge Calibur, Pontiac Vibe (it's a matrix), and ford focus.

a Matrix basically uses all Corolla parts and basically has same fuel economy, just a lot of room. it would be my recommendation of those.

RD pre-empted a war dec by SOL (was going to happen less than 2 weeks from when RD hit you, it's why you were war prepping). to help slightly even the odds due to our small numbers. RD also isn't complaining about your aid (that a war clan needs to beat a smaller netting one) but is asking an alliance to hold up its end of a pact they made. Also the aid you whine about RD receiing was after SOL countries were alliance spied to have trade pacts with LCN ;)

6mil networth means they aren't playing. I know you might not really know what you're doing in this game but I'm pretty sure even you can pass 6mil networth after 2 weeks let alone 2 months.

I'm quite confident in our "average member" being pretty equal to an "average LaF member" I wish we had more activity though, that's one thing they destroy us at.

Their "semi active player" is DD. he's going to pull between 15-20mil networth.
if you view that as the benchmark for "semi active players" then we have in our tag still a number who aren't even "semi active"

If I started dropping 30mil net+ players that would be us trying to jump ahead of laf. then there might be some laf complaints... but we're not ;) so instead just you complaining

as for dealings with 'imag/scode' i've seen the following.

- dropped from fdp to no pact
- sign unap which you yourself break to do a topfeed
- offer to "pay it back" the reset you guys know your fighting NM
- topfeed a few times each set and war looks like possibility until you got wiped by different alliances each reset
- We sign a DNH with you guys which both sides keep all the while you planning to FS us.
- You push Neofed into a war by cornering them, like you did to Sanct, NA, and others. THen when they finally snap and hit you back, you managed to kill all but 5 of them, esenssially forcing them to disband.
-those remaining join RD and are hit by you the followng reset alone with the remainder of RD that had done nothing to you.
-You are at the same time pissed that we'd ever dream of holding Omega accountable for gifting you roughly that same number of members to hit us.


now you're whining and go to the boards about a single shipment of aid that's rather blatently unorganized rather than messaging in private.

Alliances try to keep things 1-1, or call in friends to "even" things to gain advantages or make things easier for them. Not to make things "fair"

You guys also had a pretty good FS, it was spread over a few days since every one of your countries had 240 turns. Our little pre-hit just killed a couple medium sized countries and a bunch of your missiles.

If your goal was a fair war you would have contacted us prior to the reset stating such. Your "fair war" is you trying to gain an advantage. to say otherwise is poppyfluff :)

I can't really say what some in RD did in the past, everyone here basically operated on their own or sometimes teaming up with a few others.... RD back in the day every Color pretty much did as they pleased, things weren't co-ordinated efforts of everyone.

I think there were roughly about 90 Colors maybe more. Plus on top of that I dissapeared in Mid-2000's and sounds like a lot of shenanigians happened after that. On top of that not knowing what every color was up to even while I was there :)

but you have 4 countries in your tag. That might as well be a non alliance and you should consider yourself fortunate that some if any alliances will treat you as an alliance.

it's up to you to make yourself relevant. Whining is meaninless. Do you see any of those untagged countries complaining about being hit 20 times a day? no. That is basically what you are but all your doing is complaining.

1. Start having a high indy commie early game and techers late game so you can keep up on retals and stay land thin so that you attract less hits.

2. join an alliance that can offer tag protection (the word tag protection doesn't appy for you because your tag currently can't protect its members.. no matter how much wishing you do)

3. Recruit more members, there's safety in numbers. there's safety in numbers, but even if you do this you still need retallers.

4. learn to like it.

Ely currently has 5 active countries? that's barely enough to make a team on the other server.

If you think about it... would a five country tag have even been considered an alliance a few years back? helll no.

If you want tag protection you need a larger group, Also you need to try to have atleast a few play retallers.

Any alliance that has started up has taken a while to move up from being "land farm status"

Take CWG or RED from back in the day, when I first started they were basically landfarms, but they gradually legitimized themselves as alliances. Every group starts small, it's what you do to build from there.

However, if you want to be considered an alliance I'd recommend having more than 5 members.

If not, you might as well be untagged.

heh, watch RD get bored and start doing cross-server retals :)

it's not as though the tech could make a country require 1000 hits to kill or anything.

but if a max tech country required 2x the number of break hits or something it could make individuals much more meaningful as an allinace would rather than making 15 kills in thier first strike, instead have 10 kills since some might have the tech.

if you were an individual player and an alliance hit you, you could stonewall for slightly longer aswell. maybe getting the chance to log in once or twise to retaliate while being killed or to take corrective measures.
