I spied someone in game and they were similar sized yet had only farms and research facility. I split my country running 60 percent research facility and divide the other land between Enterprise and residential. That being said I had 2000 residences at the time and said opponent had none yet his population was at 171 k and mine was far less... Also my tech for residential was maxed out and his was 15 to 20 points less. How is this possible?
