There have been more than one occasion where I was either HFA or VP of TIE and we had members suicide on LaF (I think it was a set where we had Miscreant and some other Rival players in TIE)and they caused massive damage where the end result was that my country as well as many other TIE countries had their following set ruined due to paying back reparations. I think there was a set we had to owe back over $8 Billion in reps.

The honourable thing to do is if you have a pact in place you do what's right and pay back according to pact terms. Whether or not you think it's fair is besides the point.

TIE was over 160+ members when we warred IX + SoL and I'd say we had a blast and it was easy to manage the membership, so it is doable. FA was a whole other story though lol.

With that said, for this current environment, I think clans with 100+ members is too much, however I don't think they should be made to split into smaller groups because of their positive effort to get to such a size. If they do it on their own through recruiting then good on them. I would actually love to see WoG come back, if someone can make that happen then please do so; the more members the better.

Pang is correct on TIE's merger into LCN. I was the one who brought up the idea to merge TIE into LCN as opposed to LaF, and one of my main reasons for doing so was taking the balance of the current environment into consideration. LaF with TIE in it would have put LaF at around 100 members and I felt that would have made LaF too dominating. Both LaF and LCN are very close allies to TIE and I felt TIE strengthening LCN to make them a dominant force was the better route to go. Of course we didn't force our members to join LCN and some chose some of TIE's other close allies such as SoL, however the majority came to LCN and we are having a blast in LCN right now.

BS. I personally told RAGE leadership that if they found ANY untagged suiciding on rage with pacts from LCN that I'd have them killed immediately.

Your leadership did not come and say a word to me about suiciders on rage having pacts from LCN.

many people don't know the intricate details of this war, but both RAGE leadership and LCN leadership know how we came to where we are today, albeit somewhat differing viewpoints.

Rage was actually made aware that they will be FS'ed this set weeks ago...so they had time to prepare, do an FS of their own, or whatnot.

Rage was also made aware on more than one occasion that LCN would be willing to squash the war, but due to differing viewpoints Rage thought LCN wanted to sqaush the war because LCN was afraid of repercussions from Rage's ally's. Of course from LCN's viewpoint this was not the case and we just had other plans in mind that we would have rather taken this set.

Nonetheless this is not a grudge, keep in mind there are TIE members in LCN now, many members within TIE have no problems with rage, myself included. Of course I'm sure someone will come on here to spin everything I'm saying or say I'm whining or blah blah blah. Last set was last set... this set will be this set... and I guess we'll see what happens later this set or even next set.
