Unsure if any former neofed players are around, but I found out on Facebook that Ray passed away earlier this week. He was VP in Neo for a while and then took over as leader when Neo came back a few times. Just wanted to let anyone know that knew him from way back when.

If you're in GDI and you grab someone twice, you're at their mercy. He should have known better. He's complaining that I didn't level 5 after he hit me twice, but he only broke once so I gave him a break.

If you're going to sit in GDI, follow GDI rules or get hit. Should be simple.

Due to recent events, Neo Federation will be returning partially for the rest of this reset and fully with the beginning of the next reset. For those that like to complain about a wall of text, that's all you need to read. Some musings will follow this statement.

Most Neo members were still playing in RD recently, and we were all shocked and confused when we saw that we were deleted for "rules violations". We checked Alliance Talk with everyone else, and read an admin account of how Boxcar had been breached, and personal data was potentially hacked. Some of us were bewildered, since we'd played with these guys for a while, and didn't expect anything like this. Regardless of their past, the majority of RD seemed relatively clean. After being deleted, a lot of us were confused- we didn't know if we wanted to play in whatever remained in RD, move to a different alliance, or stop playing altogether.

Out of this situation came a core of old NeoFed members who expressed the desire to stick together, no matter what. We've decided to reform the Neo Federation. Neo has always been a group of people who play the game cleanly and with honor, even if this game may punish people with those values. We are slowly coming back together under the xNeoFedx tag, and plan on being back into the swing of things next set.

Full leadership contacts will be posted soon, but I will be the primary FA contact for Neo. Yes, RD has a history of running bots, and cheating, and so on- we all know this. However, how much cheating has taken place since moving to EE? I've been here for a few sets now, and 90% of the members have done nothing but play the game.

Unlike most people in this thread, I'll refrain from answering your petty condescending question with an insult. Have a beer (if you're old enough).

That is understandable, but how will this deter it any better? If you delete only those responsible and put an alliance on "probation" of sorts, then the members involved will do their utmost to clean it up and remove anyone responsible. Now, you just have members who are wondering if it's worth playing if the time we've put into our countries so far this set is worth nothing.

At this point, I don't even know if I want to keep playing. I was enjoying the last few sets, and we were getting into what seemed to be a potentially fun war, but that's a waste now.

Speaking as a normal member of RD, this feels quite unfair to delete the entire tag. I put time into my country and it's deleted on what seems like a whim. If the whole of LaF was deleted when the TC issue came about, then I'd have no problem with it and go play elsewhere. However, the precedent was set at that time to punish only those who cheated and/or hacked. Now, you choose to delete the entire tag?

I'm not one to subscribe to conspiracy theories or anything like that, but if this was Evo or LaF that did this, I doubt they would be mass deleted. I've appealed and asked for my country to be reinstated, and I think it's in the game's best interests to not punish clean players for playing in a certain tag.

For the fourth reset in a row, you ran a topfeeding campaign against Neo, knowing our retal policy. We expected it and were prepared for it this time, since we capitulated twice and agreed to a pact once. I tried multiple times finding you in IRC and left forum messages, but got no satisfactory response. You were all restarts and were looking for a war, and we gave you one.

If you keep on biting a smaller alliance, eventually they get tired of it and bite back, which Neo did. Imag chose to carry a grudge- that's it.

I was in a car wreck a few months ago, and am just now getting back into a position where I can play again. boneSAW is ecstatic about this, as he hates FA, so I guess I'm the point man again if anyone needs a Neo contact- just PM me on the boards or hit me up on IRC.

Parent's permission isn't needed for PG or PG-13 movies, only R Rated ones. The PG-13 means Parental Guidance Suggested, but most parents seem to just drop their kids off and say screw it.

Sanct's retal policy - All Landgrabs made in the last 24 days of the set will be retalled 150% L:L (before ghost acres) due to disruption of stock time and/or loss of stock. If larger stocks are lost due to a grab within this time frame, we reserve the right to increase this policy as we see fit.

No contact was ever made to me, first of all- you say you've contacted all FA people, but the only time you've ever handled something with Neo was over AT- you have to realize that pretty much no established alliance will do FA on Alliance talk- PM, ICQ or IRC- I'm around way too much for my own good.

Also, it's pretty simple. I've tried giving you advice on this point, as I've played in smaller alliances pretty much all the time. You have to have guys who are dedicated to retal. You have only one at this point that is- and he's made 3 attacks in the last 72 hours. If you had multiple countries with 10m jets, or a couple of commie indy all-jetters, you'd be in much better position. I could hit you 8 times for 1200 acres, but if you retalled only once and took back 1500 because of the size difference, I might think again next time before I hit you, right?

You're not going to be able to hold on to your land because there are so many larger alliances out there. However, if you build a reputation as a group who can get big retals, and you retal every country that hits you, even if it's only once for each 5 or 6 hits, you'll slowly make your way into legitimacy. Going a whole set without a deletion (as it looks like you're going to do this set) is a plus too- I'll admit that when I see you post about the new alliance you're representing, I think "FARMLAND" because I assume you'll be deleted in a week- that's the reputation you have. Erasing that reputation would help a lot.

Finally, please speak clearer. Example "Jeremy, your online ego is either soooo big you cannot smell your own fluff, or that of your alliance, or your ego Is that big you believe it couldn't possibly smell..."
