Almost but not quite... if ICD are wildlings, CC are not definitely the starks coz the Starks are there to defend against the wildlings, not to merge or let them indiscriminately inside the borders....

ICD could be somewhere between the Iron Islands or the Riverlands, depending on one's perspective.

NBK look more like the starks or Lannisters, while the wildlings are the untagged suiciders -- you just don't know who they are (they might be from the clans too) -- or pact breakers, lolz..

PANLV/TKO and the rest can be Targaryen, Tyrell or Lannisters.. again, it depends..

Tyranny is best for wargaining. Dictator is best for several other reasons if you dont care about wargaining at all. Thats the simplest way to go about it.

Breaking pacts seem to be a theme this set. Expect no one to honor your pacts then. On the other, expect those who honor their pacts to continue honoring theirs.

Without honoring your clan's pacts, can you expect better treatment than suiciders? What is the value at all of your clan/tag?

There is a good chance ICD could build goodwill for coming sets based on action this set.

CC/Timmy, though, lost whatever little they still had breaking the CF, and would be no more than suiciders after this.

No country ever has enough defense, not even the top 1. Everything is killable.

Without rules, there will be chaos (imagine, everybody topfeeding, retalling, etc. eventually killing, warring). Not everybody wants this sort of mess going on.

If you're that sort of player, then just create your own "war clan" and declare on everybody, lol. Be prepared to get killed over and over again too.

Even though pan prefers to net, we war also too many times to count. Heck, our last ones were against nbk. No strangers to suiciding either. Neither is this unexpected at all given the war mongerings even back from last set.

Well Ive always run my countries like there's a war coming every set. For 15 years.

Rarely got me to top 3, but gets me a decent number of top 10 finishes anyway.

Maybe somebody check the news. I recall that country would have been self farming.. Then the hits with llaar and then when the matter was thought settled, went back to self farming.

There was no intent to two step there.. Just the expiration of the retal window by waiting too long. You can't just retal by killing long after the retal window expires
