I have played 2025 and EE for a very long time, but just returned after a "break". I only play express. Are alliances gone completely? Any incite on how this impacts playing now vs a couple years ago? Also do u have to go GDI bc of issues with suiciders on top 10? How often does an indy-com strat actually win?

When i convert from commie to theo, does it cause me to lose $, construction sites or tech? I am thinking that i should place all of my military on the Public market, convert and then recall. Is this correct?
I finished 33... My worst finish ever, BUT i have a better understanding of mbr in express. The challenge is the shorter time frame and the amount of buy/sell u have to do each day. Land wise i think i was ok...just needed to convert earlier and not build up my cashier as strong as i did b/c that is just a waste of money in the long run.
First time going full MBR in express (convert from theo cash). I have my country uploaded above and would like feedback/advice. In the future i would convert earlier as i am finding buying out my private and reselling it would take a couple days to jump a competitve NW (only will be able to do this the final 24 hrs). One main question i have is what do do with my turns...are they just no longer needed when i am reselling? Does the private market bonus even matter or should i focus on pci only?
Any feedback? I will X about 1000 more acres. My plan is to stock tanks for both def/NW this set. Should i focus on maxing out my res/bus mil tech or just keep stocking?
