Funny how no other races are segregated or catered to. Personally instead of being focused about the racial part of it why are they not focused at themselves for allowing it to come to this. I mean why go through all the bother of fighting to be seen as equal only to be less. NOTHING or NO ONE can make them learn but themselves. They have to actually WANT it. It's sort of like quitting smoking if you don't want to it won't happen. Catering to them like this makes it worse in the long run.

You can always check the header of the email and get the IP for its origin. That would at least give you more peace of mind. Cause if it does end up being Russia, or Somalia or something than at least you know there is no report anywhere. :)

I don't find it excessive at all. I do agree that after spying countries and their allies and multiple ones at that (because your not able to hit everyone in the game instantly) that 50 is adequate. Frankly if someone suicides you then kick their ass, it is a war game after all.

He won't be able to use the Radeon 4670/4650 series as they require a min. of 400 watt power supply. His machine according to specs only has 300 watts. And there is only 3 pci and 1 agp slots. So PCIEx16 is a no go as well.

Your best bet troy is the Radeon HD 4350 in the Radeon family or EVGA GeForce 6200 as examples. Note: the core clock and memory clock are much faster in the Radeon than the evga.
However if you only have the 512mb of memory that the computer came with you really should bump that up to at least 1GB your max is 2GB.

Even doing all this you still won't be able to play a lot of todays newer games very well if at all with that pc, just for a heads up if thats what your after.

No its not hard or timely .. but .. again if your being triple plus farmed by multiple top 10 d' bags your not going to go anywhere. I could easily maintain top ten when I played years ago on Earth 2025, I did not triple tap smaller countries and think I was good because of it. I agree but only to some extent, because I also agree with the guy above who said if lots of players are doing it to you regardless of size difference no strat or expertise can help. Especially for those of us who can't live EE due to work or school or whatever. Same reason we are not playing team/clan servers probably. At this point I think the middle to bottom feeders when they are in top 10 are simply D' bags. Nothing more, nothing less.
