FBI2 declares victory over FBI3

FBI2 is still retalling all hits made on FBI

We do not accept the requirements FBI has set, FBI2 does not recognize the FBI tag.
FBI2 is an independent tag and we do not allow FBI to make fun of us, therefore we will use FBI as farm land and all hits made on FBI will be retalled by FBI2.
