Why should SoL avoid warring alliances with leaders who are too lazy to reach out for pacts?

It's been interesting to see Ipardess' development vs Deano's development over the past 8 months or so.

Ipardess, Deano, and BoomDynamite (a Deano multi?) were all involved with the same tag in FFA initially. Deano had previous experience with mrFord, but the set that Deano's created his first standalone tag was when I recall the 3 (2?) of them really fell into the public eye. They grabbed stupidly, spoke brazenly, and were killed repeatedly.

After many deaths, Ipardess reached out to the people who he had angered. He asked for forgiveness, showed a willingness to learn, and was eventually forgiven. Now he nets/wars to his liking, similar to the rest of the EE community.

After many deaths, Deano also reached out to the people he had angered. He threw insults around, experimented in multi running, and continued to grow a list of enemies. Now he constantly dies and has become a bit of a laughing stock.

It's very easy for a veteran player to track restarts in this game. If you don't identify yourself, even if imp wanted to stop hitting you, there are two other Neo players that I imagine they don't want to stop hitting anytime soon. You'd have much better luck talking to them directly than making a board about it.
