The thing is, ppl don't change to much.
if you are an arrogant, selfish jack ass at heart. a few years isn't going to change that. so the ppl that didn't like you, and warred various clans because of you, will still nto like you. and if they have to interact with you still, chances are you will be warring again lol

as for cheating, some ppl have stopped for the good of the game. clearly not all thou

the formula shold be w/e it use to be.
not sure what the change was, but its not saposta take 300 hits to kill a country,. ( now i forget the # of the one i killed :S)
but it took 305, and i bounced 5 hits. he also never logged into play turns cause i did a few spy ops thinking he must have. but he never did.

you shouldn't have to log into the country to see it has been killed.
its a real pain in the ass when u start a kill run, but then relise 1/2 your countries are dead.
just seems like a waste of time to have to click on each one to see who is alive or not
