You can practice, on several things, like how to run a proper alliance and not a spam tag, and also how to war, since your killing skills seem to be in need of a bit of work.

This is a really good idea, nothing ever came good from untagged people in an alliance based server, there is no real reason to remain untagged in alliance, i don't think you should be allowed oop without a tag. my 2 cents
