You do know considering the way some correctional facilities are operated, that if an altercation breaks out between two or more inmates that they actually punish both sides of the fight, even if the victim was simply defending himself, right?

I was incarcerated from January 24, 2002 to November 2, 2007 from which time I was released at 5:00am.

I am not on probation. I didn't get off of paper until November 4, 2008.

2.5 years x2 and a year on house arrest. I count it all together as the house arrest was just yet another form of imprisonment. I had maybe an hour before and after work where I could be outside my house, doing laundry, grocery shopping, etc... but mostly I was confined to my own house.

And for the record, she's not leading SOTA anymore. If anything I might use the site for another tag later on, but for all intents and purposes, SOTA's dead and has been since January 24, 2002.

She was never me. I picked up the name back in 2000 when Mehul reset the forums and limited everyone to one username. Since someone had already stolen 'Unforgiven' I went with Slash as at the time I was listening to You Could Be Mine by Guns N' Roses and couldn't think of anything better than 'Slash'.

To be quite honest, I don't spam people's IM's. After two tries I usually wait until later to try contacting them, or wait for them to contact me first.

Probation, I spent a year on house arrest. The only time I could leave my house was to go to work and court ordered meetings at the Northern Utah Rehabilitation Organization (NURO), Weber Human Services to see my psychiatrist and attending AA meetings.

Two misdemeanors, Assault and Battery, both of which carry maximum sentences of 2.5 years. Because they were ran consecutively, I spent five years, all because she had someone scratch and bruise her before she called the police on me.

I have had my teeth nearly kicked in (four of them are quite literally broken or chipped off), as well as five small stab wounds. One on my upper left pectoral, one on my right under arm, a slash mark on my lower right abdomen, a slashing stab wound on my lower left oblique and another on my right oblique from people trying to stab me.

Oh god, enough math to make my head hurt. XD

Uhm, how many times do I have to say it. I am not her, and she is not me. We're two uniquely separate people. I have spent a week now trying to illustrate this very point, and yet I can count on two hands the people who've actually called and talked to me over the phone to find out it's me.

I wouldn't have anything to do with that fluff, and to be blatantly honest, I was the one who got her deleted. I am not playing this game, and if I should, I sure wouldn't use the SOTA tag considering she's ran it into the fluffing ground. She's a terrible leader, a fluffty netgainer and a piss poor recruiter. I, on the other hand had just under twenty people in the alliance within forty-eight hours of forming the alliance in 2001.

Either way, both of them would have something hilarious to say about this dumbass.
