I really didn't expect so many of my old color friends/frienemies to come post on this thread. It almost warms my heart as much as from selling off. Xavier is correct on this. It is out of character.

That being said,

When I launched this game, never in my wildest dreams did I believe that it had a chance to make it all the way to 2025. Or I would have named it 2125.

That being said, I am thankful to Pang for rescuing the game. I do apologize if my attempt at a joke was a bit offputting, as I only wanted to liven things up a bit, maybe be good for a laugh (for the first time ever!).

I was in the middle of an expansion, we're becoming a regional chain. Then, this shutdown impacted those plans, so I'm at my new store that's opening up tomorrow, finally!

And yes, Ven, there are strong cosplay and Larp communities in certain cities across the US. This is where I'm opening my shops at, as my constituents tend to like things like, Elves, Dwarves, and Orcs.

Two reasons I created Utopia.

1. Alliance server was taking the joy out of the game for me.

2. Cosplay and Larping wasn't in fashion yet.

All I want to say is 3 things.

I was right, I was wrong, and a truth.

As I predicted, alliances and the alliance server ruined the game.

I was wrong, it was a pandemic not Nuclear war.

Lastly, while my coding had issues, at least i knew how to grow a game and gain an audience.
