fixing the ability to store 360 turns would go along way to eliminate DR.

the only reason people go into DR is because u can run 360 turns at once

even a 5k acre indy country around 1M nw making around 12k jets a turn (which is with minimal tech). with tech around 15-18k..

can go 300 turns crank out 3.6M jets.

+ PS that is good enough to break most countries around 5M nw....

that itself is more a problem and cause to why people hide behidn DR.

judgement calls and unwritten rules resulting in deletions ruins the game. like i said. if you want to delete, have it added to the rules. if not, it makes you look biased or unfair...and the last thing a mod or admin can do is be labelled that.

no it wouldnt because if say u just got ABEd for 1/2 your buidlings, i could come in and farm you and you would never recover. thats about the worst suggestion ive ever heard.

missiles already dont affect DR which is stupid.. missiles and special attacks should count as 1/2 DR.
failed attacks should count for 1/2 DR
and successful should be 1 DR

or you can revamp the system and go to a 1/2DR system, but for them not to, thats just retarded.

warster, you have specifically stated previously that moderating is all about if rules were broken. for rules to be broken, they need to be clearly spelled out. meaning if its not on the rules page, then its not a rule. if you want to delete someone for doing something, then you need to add it to the rules page. if you cannot do so because you dont have the scripts or whatever, then PM slagpit or qzjul or someone who can edit it for you.

im sure that wouldnt be much an issue.

as far as stepping down, then why does it still say game mod team+express? im not saying that moderating this server is an easy task but when you start deleting based on judgement calls instead of what is very black/white, you ruin the server.

you cannot delete people for using a tech leech. that would eliminate about 1/3 the server. at that rate, you may as well delete the guy whos teching 1k tpt allied to the guy whos teching 5k tpt, beacuse the 1k guy is benefitting so much more than hes giving right?

whats next? deleting people who pass along good targets to their friends allies?

how bout those who have offense allies who dont attack as frequently as they do, leaving their jets home for use?

what you would be doing then would be micromanaging the game to a point where everything causes a deletion.

if you want people to be deleted for getting into DR, then you have to add it into the server rules. if not, then you may not act on it. if so, you would be the reason this game gets shut down.

Well if the mods delete the countries then its cheating. if not, then its not. simple as that.

mods monitor this server hardcore anyways.

and blid, how do you know its a favor? unless you run either one of those countries... 18 grabbed 71. 71 grabbed back twice. and failed. then got GSed.

its like saying 76 and 71 are working together. why would 71 tell 76 to gs him 100x when 10x or 25x would achieve the same result. and why would 71 tell 76 to AB and use missiles on him too? doesnt make a lot of sense there buddy.

these retal window threads are getting more and more lame and pointless.

the fact is, people are going to retal how they see fit. if you dont like it, all you have to do is retal that retal or do whatever you see fit.

some people will turn a blind eye because they want to net. others will stand up for themselves and get into a reset long war. luckily for express, your war will be over in less than 5 days.

the point is, if someone really wants to do something, in this case retal/topfeed/all jetter you, theres really nothing you can do about it beacuse of how fast turns are generated and someone can store 360(360)

if you look at that thread what happens when you dont cheat, tduong comes up to say that he was allied to JJ and was pissed that JJ tricked him into thinking he was a techer to get free tech points and used up his jets as well.

now if i recall from previous posts, JJ would run multiple countries, ally them to his main country, and leetch jets/tech. however, the mods then would delete those countries, JJs main one, and his other one(s). but Tduong was not deleted last reset. that leads me to believe that Tduoung is not JJ, but is another cheater we have here on express.

i mean, thats what i was able to ascertain from that other thread.
