Rebuilding CS's is hardly a problem. At 50 BPT as a dict you are only spending 7-10 turns or so rebuilding CS's when you are hitting 5-6 times(I wouldn't bother going past 4 PS, 1 SS or 5 PS). So in the end you are gaining more land than you would exploring those 7-10 turns as well as more than you would by bottom feeding.

Dict Farmer if you can manage to build up to at LEAST 50 BPT.

The country:country set long DR makes it not worth it to landtrade after what... 6 hits or so? So you generally need a landtrading ring now to switch partners each day. I know some of you like to swap partners, so it should be fine ;)

Though, with how current relations are between NBK and the former pact breakers I don't see why one string would farm not just one other string in NBK, but TWO strings in NBK in less than a few hours. You would think with how mdevol is scurrying around begging for a pact from NBK he would tell his members who to not hit.

I actually dislike how people on this server can't agree on what is what. I have seen a clan say they will FS another clan if they land traded, and then a few sets later start land trading themselves(could have been the other way). I have seen people complain about FA, and then after they do it, say that FA shows teamwork.

What I posted earlier wasn't aimed at all the top 10 this set, but top 10's in general in EE history. There is no proof, but you just know it happens from being in several alliances over the years.
