Is it still a thing to have some rigs and farms regardless of main strat to reduce your earthquakes?

It used to be (or at least was theorized? It's been a while) that having farms and rigs gave you extra negative events in the hopper, so when RNG screwed you there were 2 non-damaging options.

People say this every year. Vegas, Colorado, Chicago, St. Louis - these teams did not have the best goalie in recent years and won. Vasilevskiy with Tampa is more the exception than the rule these days as far as elite goalies winning it all.

This started this morning, was not previously a thing.

Every time I click on the "portal" link I get shunted back to the login screen. Occasionally this is happening for other seemingly random clicks as well, like clikcing on the build screen.

I currently have countries on Alliance, Team, Cooperation, Express, Primary, and Tournament, so this is a little annoying.

A "sell max (primary indy production)" "sell75% (primary indy production)" set of buttons might be good. Probably too much for a techer. Easy for farm/oil I'd guess.

Having it pop up can help save people from accidentally spending all their turns without selling.

When you use a quick action on the "destroy buildings" page currently, you are shunted back to the "build." Utility would be improved for mobile experience if the quick action didn't navigate away from the current page.

In the process of tearing down 1 bpt of farms at a time to build labs, it's only one extra click per cycle, but that's a lot of clicks over time. Esepcially if people are going to play on multiple servers.

I send lots of ingame messages, usually silly or joking. Sometimes I will refer to the coutnry name of a random country that struck me funny, or I will send fake regrets or faux taunts to countries I'm warring with. For example, I told some SOLers that it was their turn to bring the food when GSing me recently.

When I log in to a dead country, and see the "NEW MSSGS" button, I really want to read them. I can't if the country has died. This strikes me as unneccessarily limiting player interaction. How can I appropriately respond with madcap cheek if I don't know who said what?

My suggestion is for messages to get forwarded to restarts.

This is 100% false. I died 3 times, and participated in 8 kills, as our brand-new-to-the-server group got gangbanged by literally half of the server. It's not really a Team server when the Teams just function as an alliance, like alliance server.

Slag, I also am not being sarcastic. I fought in the "Keep Team for Teams" coalition for many resets in a row to keep the spirit of 5-man teams. When the "we want to run alliance in every server" crowd won, Team became less enjoyable as its own thing. I hope this is valuable feedback, as the participation in Team server nosedived after the events I'm describing.

I don't understand what this means. Are you saying that because I wanted the Team server to actually be discrete groups of 5-person Teams competing against each other, instead of coalitions of 5-person teams, I am like LaF, who tried to impose their will on the servers over the years through multies, inter-alliance spying, hacking, doxxing, and bot running?

Agreed. It was after dying on this hill repeatedly for like a bajillion sets in a row that I finally caved and joined the RD Teams coalition. Now the server is just weird. I want it to be what it should be, it would be my favorite if it was.

I keep failing grabs where I feel like I'm way oversending.

Like, 1/3 more total attacking forces than defending, and then PS it.

Where am I screwing up the math here? That formula has been bulletproof on the other servers. The PS should account for offensive allies with all forces being equal, right? And my weap tech is good, typically superior to whoever I'm trying to grab.

No, and it's not the same across servers. At war in 1a and Team currently, and it appears to be 17 turns in team and (I think) 24 turns in 1a, so those of use who had already died in Team had bad intel when the CS started killing peeps in 1a.
