Just ideas.. definitely an EMP missile and maybe a hydrogen bomb (*10 more damage than nuke, production not affected by warfare, 0.5% chance flat base production?)
it would be cool to have options for military units.. Like for jets, f35s, f18s, bombers etc.. Or maybe once you reach a certain military tech level in military you can have the option to produce a more technologically advanced jet, like the f35 through your industrial output.. something that you cant buy on the public market, That would be a lot of work programming though.
