tex is busy killing people who join Xi now. I posted about having to leave in their members forums after I joined before i could tag my last 3 countries so he sent a smart ass message and hit them again (him having access knowing I was away for the weekend)
He basically just does work for Xi, or simply trying to piss people off...

Alrighty, I have a large number of jets (about 7 mil to 3 mil turrets and 3 mil troops) I made it heavy jets to make sure I could retal when big boys hit me, without having to call for help or look weak by not retalling.

Seems most people self grab , I assume every clan holds a policy on retals, but what's the normal? Hitting a tag once every 3-4 days generally accepted? (of course 1:1 retals are expected) What kind of retal policy is accepted?
I get grabbed occasionally but I always retal 1:1. I never grab from the same tag more than once every 72 hours. However generally speaking even one grab from these undefended countries seems to be fruitful, and it's odd how incredibly undefended they are... just curious how this server works.
