Unfortunatly you coulnd't finish 1st, so my original bet was not correct ....
And congrats to afaik who said 130 will 15 over his own finish.

For my part I could have finish with a better NW (still 4th), but I sold 5 millions tanks on private instead of bushels yesterday....!!!!!! (playing from iphone)

A REP (as well as fascist, theo, commie, demo) can win any solo player game. There is no need to increase its bonus.
Better would be to increase bonus for tyranny and dict.

I think I made near to the best that could be done this reset in tournament with a farmer strat ... and I am not sure to finish top 10.
If game needs to be rebanlanced, sure it should not be against farmers.

Now farmer strat will be viable only is just a few players choose to play farmer.

Only good thing is that now we have to re-work our netting strategy.

New rule: GDI protects you from special attacks from one country if you did't make more than one grab on this country.

Is it 1 attack for all reset, or is there a time delay so after that time we can do another grab ?

And don't try commie indy to demo casher, it will not work (because of tech prices again, but also because military prices is lower at beginning of reset).
And don't think there are less good netting players. In the past it was possible to win a standard game or tournament staying always at top of score's list and with nearly no stocking, now you can't do that.

I played in the area 2001,2002 and returned to game one year ago.

Was always playing a demo casher in the past. Won tounament once and some standard games with it. Now you will see that it's not as good as it was. Average tech tech prices are higher, so it's make it difficult to take advantage of the demo bonus. In the same time bushels prices are also higher, and I could have some success playing demo farmer.

Change GDI
GDI will now serve as suicider prevention. The proposed rule set is as follows:
--Minimum GDI time is the whole length of the set.
--Cost is $5 per acre.
--Countries in GDI will only be able to do standard strikes, planned strikes, steal tech, bomb banks, burn oil, or burn bushels to countries which have not done at least 2 attacks or offensive spy ops towards them.
--Countries not in GDI attacking countries in GDI will only be able to do standard strikes, planned strikes, steal tech, bomb banks, burn oil, or burn bushels, unless the country in GDI has attacked them more than once.
-Only countries in protection may join GDI.

Does everything applies (need to go in GDI now and will stay 2 months) ?
Why bomb bank, burn oil or burn bushels are possible ? (I loosed more than 30 millions bushels last reset because of burn bushels)
(yes I made a mistake, now I will use recall and won't let my bushels go out of market)

I didn't think Upyours could do so good, if if I followed him since the beginning because he is my ally (intel since the beginning, and def now). That's true he had a reset without troubles.
