yes that thinking is wrong nuke. I think our education system (as flawed as we all know it is) attempts to teach the "truths" about at least how the government works and some things that they do or have done, although at a young age only so much detail can be given about such a deep topic as politics or legal issues. So, regardless of what we learn in school it is insuffucient information for anyone of us to make the types of assumptions we tend to make about decisions legislators and people like the president have to make. Unless you sought out higher education in the field and have done extensive research on a topic you are either uniformed or misinformed (or both).


Obama could make his top priority fighting somthing as fruitless as marijuana or he could focus his attention on something obviously more important( I could thing of 50 things more important without trying). So idealistically he may still believe that "re-criminalizing" marijuana is important but can/does/should not waste resources on something so trivial at this point.

I dont want to lose your basic idea here that politicians say they are going to do one thing and then do another, that point is very much valid. But when we vote we essentially just want to vote for someone whos idealogies reflect the greater good of America. There is no way to get done everything a person wants to do, but the point of campaigning is to show your stance on many issues and hope that the stance is aligned with the majority of the populations. tbc....

he is telling the truth. we do not have the activity to do a kill run. I also thanked you for taking care of the suicider as promptly as you did. We had a kill run time posted on our boards but didnt expect much activity. I would ahve loved to coordinate one with rage if asked.

When your guys topfed us I asked the 2 players who dropped tag and suicided not to. And once I couldnt convince them not to I asked them to only suicide on the players who topfed them.

well Kemo explained himself... I dont know what there is to argue about at this point. He wanted to delete but chose to let KSF farm him. He is too stubborn to just delete, if someone else farms him he wants retribution. KSF doesn't agree with it nor can they control it, but it is not our place to control countries outside our tag.

If you feel you were wronged in some way by this then please contact someone in KSF. As I said before "as far as I know the attacks were not coordinated... but some of the hits do look suspicious."

I dont exactly like whats going on with 227 in the news but I will say that the member had quit KSF and the account associated was removed. And as far as I know there is no coordination with what that country is doing and KSF members.

I have not been contacted about the situation and I dont know if any other KSF leaders have. But I can see how there may be some concern associated with the country and if anyone wants to discuss it we can.

Llarr, KSF is considering your offer about reps. I know some are likely talking privatley but I am staying out of it and this is in response to your PMs about donating your country.

First off so many sets have been ruined. i personally am a parking lot, i have 35k unbuilt land. i switched govs to dict (bpt is now 29 lol)to drop land and prep for a war. a war that you were fine having until after you suicided us. you and your clan should be held accountable for that and there is no way donating your county alone will make up for it. you know how much stocking time+rebuilding+etc.etc.etc... was lost. just calculating individually how much reps would be owed to all involved would not even be worth it IMO.

On the same token i hate to drag people who are uninvolved into something they want no part of. it also takes a lot to "apologize" (if you even did) and give up your country to protect the interests of your friends. Maybe it was too late at that point but either way I can respect it. I dont make the decisions here, if it were up to me i would likely war you. As president you speak for your clan with your actions; those actions said war. But I am keeping my opinion out of this and letting others decide since my involvment makes me somewhat biased.

I will say i could have handled the situation better myself instead of escalating it and am sorry for that. my feelings were if you can take retals with no FA contact why cant I? and that thinking is wrong. at some point someone has to stop and say "this is going nowhere, how will this affect my fellow clanmates." I dont think we did that here and we should both learn from this.

these things are true. what bothers me is how UNC is ranked 3rd with losses to 2 unranked teams (I forget). It really bothered me when Duke was 3 and UNC 4. Duke with one loss to the top ranked Ohio St, and UNC with their 2 losses right on their tail.

Now they both have 2 losses and im not so bothered by the rankings since they dont mean a lot anyway. AND I will agree that UNC is probably the better team and if they played this week would likely win that game.

Correct, I checked it myself also. I would be totally understanding of this matter if I honestly believed Llarr was cheated in some way out of land. But the hit was no different than someone else retalling me and then me making a LG. I might even be inclined to try and be a good guy and make things right IF Llarr didnt get all his land back in one hit... but it never should have mattered since we both accept a form of L:L anyway.

here is the real scenario. An FA allows a fellow clan member to take a LG on its country as Reps for an FA mistake. The country fails the original LG then grabs again to actually get the land.

Later (18 hrs later) The FA decides to make a LG. Later when the retal for said LG is taken the country is not in DR.

I dont see how what happens previous to the LG has any effect on the outcome of the retal. the retaler still netted 3500 acres gain on the exchange with a single retal.

There is no "reverse" two stepping happening in actuality. NA believes that the country should be retalled 2:1 and stated that you must wait 72 hrs before making a LG. My response is that waiting 72 hrs would not have changed the amount of land the country had when making the LG and would not have an effect on the returns for the retal, so what would waiting have accomplished? Nothing in my mind; same outcome same results.

well i msg'd him in game and am trying not to have to log back in until i have to (to get the bonus). so he can contact me back here with a pm when he reads this. Or any other NA Fa who is privy to the situation.
