When would it be beneficial to auto sell, items? Are the autosell prices the same on all servers

auto sell prices vary between servers and its not that beneficial to auto sell since for example tech still brings nw. if you need quick money and can wait few hrs then you can sell your stuffs on low price (like military @ 100 bucks (besides tanks which could be sold @ 450-500) and techs @ 2-2.5k (depending on current price) and bushels @ 32-36 (again depending on current price)).
