I have played 2025 and EE for a very long time, but just returned after a "break". I only play express. Are alliances gone completely? Any incite on how this impacts playing now vs a couple years ago? Also do u have to go GDI bc of issues with suiciders on top 10? How often does an indy-com strat actually win?

1. no allies in express (making it true solo server).

2. you play relying only on your own skills.

3. yes, gdi is must and use bonuspoints to free gdi (and then forget those).

4. quite often.

forget bonus points? I always use my bonus points for turns or booms. what you use your bonus points is a much debated topic. free money is free money so don't skip them.
