What's the best strategy these days for quick growth and getting my feet wet. Been since about 1999 since I was back in this game

farmer is easiest to get your feet wet with imo

so i went with Fascist oil prod. and have climbed ranks in primary pretty quickly. im not producing 24k oil/turn and am getting to the point where i cant selll it fast enough. should i consider a switch, and to what? currently ranked 34- so right in the sweet spot of the top land grabbers but ive kept my acres low. so with 8000 acres- almost all oil, whats the move?
