Trying to figure out how many points per acre is required for a demo to max out the PM sell price?

It was mentioned in this thread ( http://forums.earthempires.com/...3&z=land-29-658-acres ) that 40 points per acre will max you out.

I created a primary country to test this - teched 500 points as a demo, dropped to 1 acre, and only had 91% mil tech?

Not a netter - what am i missing?

Formulas don't work very well when you only have 1 acre of land. 40 points per acre is more than enough.

For a demo to max out the PM selling price.

29/35.5 = 81.69%
