Closes operation on list is bomb banks, how did this happen? ( express )

1. your banks got bombed

2. a) you weren't in gdi or b) you had broken your gdi against whoever bombed your banks

3. a) you had alot money in hand and b) fluffty spal

4. lessons learned: 1. join gdi and 2. don't break it and 3. don't keep alot money in hand and 4. run your country with better spal

I am in GDI, I attacked 1 time this set, didn't know that opened you up for this kind of retal. Didn't know "bomb banks" means steal money figured it would of destroyed the cash.

Ah just read the GDI again. Marshal GDI doesn't matter, anyone can do the operation to anyone with or without attacks breaking GDI.

Just confused why would bomb bank actually mean steal money.

I've never seen a steal money thingy

i've seen, last time recently. stealer suffered consequences afterwards.
