I got attacked and basically all my people left. This is on the express server. I have spent the turns getting the majority of the population back, but im making no money because the PCI is $0.08. How can I bring this back up? I am a casher and have my buildings as enterprise and residental.

1. check tax rate
2. check techs
3. spend turns until pop returning drops to 100 and under

I did that, back up to 400k pop, back to the normal 4 pop gain a turn, taxes back to normal, making like 10k in revenue but have 170k expenses.

and fully built as ents and res? and same land as before attacks?

Yup, I was back up to prob 95% ents and res. had some other crap that i couldnt afford to destroy. All of my expenses were from "Land" under the old advisor tab in the "Expenses" section. I must have spent close to 400-500 turns trying to get country working again. I'm just curious in case this happens again, so i know how to fix it. I was put from half a mil population, down to double digits, lol. It was rough.

casher hurts most from losing pop since its "production" comes from tax-monies which pop pays. best way to regain pop is put tax% to 0 and run turns and slowly increase tax% until pop is back to normal.

even if you have a sharp regain of population PCI itself doesn't just change back to normal it grows at a limited rate per turn until it reaches where it was. Don't let your pop die when playing casher, when that happens might as well delete and wait for next set.

I observed a multiple turn " adoption time " on a bulk purchase of Business tech earlier today. (I moved the needle about 8% from 132 to 140)
