Whats the max sell price for food on private for tyr/rep/dict now?

$29 base, $35 with enough Military tech to reach 84%. Applies to all governments except Theo and Demo.

Specifically, to reach $35 food price on PM, you need to reach $29/$34.5000001 = 84.058% Military tech.

if you want 36 you need to be demo with maxed mil tech.
