I am a Fascism. Private market sell prices are 32$ for bushels. If I build all of my land as MB (which would be dumb, I know), would the private market sell price go up or down?

When you build military bases, your private market sell price will only go down, no matter what your government type is.

So Mil Tech is the only thing that increases PM sell price?

MB are at odds while mil tech now actually makes more sense.

since MB's lower the cost to buy but also lower the sell price on the private market

where Mil tech reduces the cost and increases the sell price (makes them closer together so a Demo with lots of mill tech can both by at a lower price and sell at a higher price on the privet market)
