you've done your 2nd bulk explore to ~7k acres, and you run out of cash half way, do you sell and log out or do you tech early to benefit from early tech prices and have extra tech boost for your startup buildings?

The correct answer is not to batch to 7k acres. It is to grab to 7k so you have more turns to tech with as a techer.

doesnt work too well with 1A for me. =P

is starts grabbing after 1st batch (at ~3.8k acres) and gets 100-200 acres per grab then its ~20-40 turns spent on grabbing + spy ops if does those, if bottomfeeds and gets 20-50 acres then ..............

well explore was at 26, so i guess you have a point. haha. but too much to do, i hardly grab outside war in 1A.
