do dirty op's against multiple tags constitute a warring offense? can said tags start killing that country off?

here's the common sense answer that you should probably already suspect:
yes, if someone is doing black ops on people in multiple tags, the multiple tags should be free to try to take out the player. however, those tags ought to be operating independently and not be doing a coordinated, cross-tag kill.

yes it does, however with the threat of deleting countries across server if they feel its being abused.. i want everything defined.. i dont take grudges across servers.. therefore my countries across them shouldnt be effected either

Sure, if only the world worked that way. By judging people only as they would like to be judged. You don't care about Team server so you wreck blid there and blid doesn't care about Alliance server and wrecks you there. OH BLID WHY YOU TAKING THIS CROSS SERVER!!!!! i understand 1 person taking it across servers that happens.. but mods? thats my question. and no one has gotten deleted cause we dont cheat.. we play as rules that are defined for us. which is what im trying to hammer out
