I dont know how team is politically wise, if you start a new tag, is it the same as in alliance? the farming and such? I mean a full 5 member team

full 5 man active teams don't generally get farmed, unless they show that they can be bullied

Doesn't appear to be that way, although if you fall behind the curve too much I assume that you'll get hit for land, so just like alliance, make sure you can retal.
